What are all subject in CHSE Board ?
As a teacher I have seen every time many students have always a doubt about the pass mark of CHSC board ,so for those student we are writing this article. So read this article to get a clear view about the pass mark of chse baord.
So here in this post we have answer all the question related to pass mark of CHSC board Exam.
Generally in CHSC board there are 6 subject among these six object some compulsory subject are there similarly optional subject are also there .compulsory subject are physics, chemistry , mathematics etc whereas the optional subject are biology, statistic, geology , information technology etc.
In this post we will discuss about the science student so others stream students can also so read this article for there understanding.
Excluding compulsory and optional subject, student have to choose their first language and second language subject .In fast language subject which includes Odia ,Sanskrit , Hindi like that in second language subject which includes English and alternative English
Full Mark in CHSE board
- In CHSC board there are 6 subject including compulsory and optional subject and every subject carry hundred mark .so the total mark in CHSE board is 600. some subject has practical exam whereas Some subject has both theory and practical exam.
- The first language subject contains odia or Hindi or Sanskrit which carries full mark of a 100 .here in this subject there is no practical exam it has only theory exam.
- similarly in second language subject includes English or alternative English which carries a full mark of 100 .here also there is no practical exam only theory exam is there.
- After second language subject there is another subject which is called optional subject. The optional subject includes the subject like biology, information technology ,statistic ,geology etc .In this optional subject it includes both practical and theory exam. In this subject 70 mark question comes from the theory part and the remaining 30 mark question comes from the practical part. The 70 mark exam is conducted by the CHSE board but the 30 mark exam is conducted by the the college itself. So it’s very easy to score full mark in practical exam. so the students don’t get worry about the practical exam .our advice to them is to give more time to the theory part .
- After first language and second language subject and optional subject there is another subject which is called compulsory subject. In science stream the compulsory subject are physics chemistry mathematics. In these three subject every subject carry hundred mark.
- In these three subject physics and chemistry has practical exam as well as theory exam but mathematics contents only theory exam that is problem. There is no practical exam for math in c h s e board .So students will score more in math.
- In compulsory subject the two important subjects are physics and chemistry which is is also required for higher studies .So Student will give more importance to these two subject. Also math is very important for those student who choose their education in technical field.
So basically CHSE board contains full mark of 600 where each subject contains hundred mark.
now we will discuss that how much Mark needed to pass CHSE Board.
How much mark is needed to pass CHSE board ?
- As CHSE board contains 6 subject where each subject carry 100 mark ,so if a student wants to pass the board exam then he has to score some minimum mark in all subject. According to the mark scored in all subject percentage mark calculation is done.
- CHSE board subject where there is no practical exam like math Odia English Sanskrit Hindi which carry hundred mark question. so to pass this object you need to score 30 mark out of hundred.
- Again the subject where there is both practical and theory exam are there ,you have to score minimum 22.50 mark out of 70 then you will get pass in this subject.
The most important thing is you have to score the pass mark in all the subject to pass CHSE Board
